This is a fundraising Stall to be held at the Bungendore Bowling Club's Winter Solstice Festival run by the Scout section to raise money to go to the Australian Jamboree in 2025.
The Scout's Stall will be located on the grounds of the Bungendore Bowling Club and run for the duration of the Winter Solstice event. We are asking our greater Scout Group and families from all sections for donations of any baked goods and that these have a list of ingredients clearly provided with the items. We would also love to see you at this wonderful event.
Volunteering for the Dessert bar stall will be for members and their families who are attending AJ2025. The event involves:
1. Set-up at 3:00 pm prior to event opening, which is 5:30 pm,
2. selling of donated baked goods and hot beverages (2 shifts available)
3. clean-up and pack down after 8:00 pm.
Scout uniform is to be worn by youth Scout members.
