For our working bee on the 4th August, here is what is on the list. With a good turn out we might get it all accomplished!

• Preparing the site for the installation of rhe Peter McPherson memorial rock. (Involves digging a hole ready for concreting.)
• Adding a down pipe to an awning gutter. (Involves cutting and securing a dropout, cutting and glueing PVC stormwater pipe and digging a trench for pipe.)
• Setting up the gear list folders around the hall (putting pages in folder sleeves and attaching to the holders)
• Installing door stops and latch-backs on some external doors.
• Installing paper towel holders (if the arrive in time).
• General tidying, auditing food and cleaning stocks.
