This meeting is to report to member families and other stakeholders about the state of the Bungendore Scout Group. It is important for as many scout families as possible to have a representative at the meeting so we can get feedback about how Scouts is being delivered to your children. Scouting is a community organisation and is only as strong as the community support it recieves from all of the member families.

Arrive around 6:00 pm for a 6:30 pm meeting start time.

Things to be presented include:

• Highlights of 2023 from the youth member's perspective
• Financial situation
• Hall and equipment maintenance situation
• Youth member, Leader and Committee member numbers and trajectories
• Election of Parent Committee for 2024.
