The 1st Bungendore Venturer Unit has been asked to assist with set up and dismantling of equipment for the equestrian events at this years show.  

They would like around 6–8 venturers who are physically fit and can follow instructions to help in setting up and putting down tents, and taking equipment out to arenas when required.

For this, the show organisers have offered to make a donation of 200 dollars to the unit, as well as providing coupons for free lunch at the show for helpers. Also, helpers will be able to drive the buggies to transport stuff.

They’ll require the help to arrive early on the morning of the show (Sunday 25th of October).
